The fresh fish is handled by the plants in Averøy, Stamsund, Andenes and Gjesvær. Supplies of the different species vary according to the season. Species include: Cod, ling, redfish, Greenland halibut, plaice, wolf fish, monkfish, saithe, haddock and pollack.
The fish is packed in 20-kilo styrofoam boxes.
