Brødrene Jangaard A/S invests in shopping centres, hotels and listed companies. Its biggest investments are: Ålesund Storsenter with 15,000 square metres, 60 shops and indoor parking for more than 300 cars; Hotel Rica Parken, with 4,500 square metres of banquet and conference facilities and 145 rooms, Rainbow Hotel Noreg, with 110 rooms and Choice Hotel Scandinavia, the Art Nouveau hotel, with 65 rooms. The group owns approx. 70,000 square metres of real estate.

...has 145 rooms and 4,500 square metres of banquet and conference facilities. The banquet room seats 800 people for conferences and 700 people for banquets. The hotel is run by Rica Hotels ASA. 		 

Quality Hotel Scandinavia
...is a hotel in Art Nouveau style with 65 rooms, 2 conference rooms and the "Brudes bar", in addition to the Scena restaurant and music venue. The hotel is run by Jangaard under a franchise contract with Choice Hotels Scandinavia.

Ålesund Storsenter covers 16,500 square metres and has 55 shops and 300 parking spaces. In 2001 the centre's turnover was NOK 290 million, and it is expected to reach 350 million in 2002.
